A word about learning Microsoft products. I make an effort to collect and organize resources for learning Microsoft products, especially free resources. When I have conversations with people I always recommend the Lynda tutorials available at http://www.lynda.com. The cost is low, less than $1 a day, the training is excellent and very well organized.
